Restorative Yoga
This class is wonderful for anyone looking to slow down and restore. Ideal for warming up before or cooling down after your climb. Here we focus on the shapes of the postures, principles of alignment, utilizing the breath, and the language of the practice

Therapeutic Yoga
Soothe your nervous system in this nourishing and lighthearted yoga class which might have some standing postures and some balancing postures but will primarily focus on safe and gradual progressions of gentle yoga postures on the mat. In this class, the pace is slower and the postures are simple to help ease you into a more open and receptive state. The instructions will focus on enhancing breath and body awareness, as well as learning to sustain inner attention while practicing self-acceptance and self-compassion.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a moderate-paced class intended to align breath to movement and facilitate a deeper practice, both body and mind. Students will explore a series of postures with an emphasis on engagement and alignment. This class encourages students to honor their own energy levels and needs. Modifications will be offered. All levels welcome!

Mellow Flow
This class links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that “flow” with the breath. You’ll play with postures you love, but also have the opportunity to have freedom of movement, tuning in to how you’re body feels in this moment. Build strength, center your mind, and have fun! All levels welcome!

Evening Flow
A slow to moderate-paced flow, this class uses movement and breath to facilitate unwinding and processing at the end of the day. Students will explore a series of postures with an emphasis on mobility and body awareness. This class encourages students to honor their own energy levels and needs. Appropriate for all levels!

Yoga For Climbers
Yoga for climbers is the balm your body needs after a long week. Focusing on strength and mobility in the hips, shoulders, back, and core, this class is designed to complement the flow of climbing. You will learn to integrate breathwork and slow, steady movement in a way that translates to big walls, boulders, or simply everyday life! Open to all levels.

Monday Mobility Flow
Monday Mobility is a strength-forward mobility class designed to build resilient movement, full-body strength, and confident control through continuous movement. We will focus on mobility, balance, and stability to train calm, controlled responses for moments like unexpected falls or tricky cruxes. This is not a passive stretch class; it’s intentional, dynamic, and empowering. All levels encouraged. Yoga familiarity recommended. Modifications offered.

Crag Conditioning Flow
Crag Conditioning gives you the tools needed to improve your flexibility, strengthen your entire body, boost your confidence, and help keep you calm after a fall, in the middle of a crux, and even sitting in traffic. You’ll develop hip, hamstring, and shoulder mobility, while improving balance to boost your climbing. All levels welcome!

Root and Rise Yoga
Root and Rise is a morning movement and meditation guided by the breath. This is a space to practice how you want to move through your day before it begins. We will practice grounding and mindfulness that you can return to off the mat. Great for all levels!

Morning Flow
This morning flow unites your breath with your body, offering a variety of yoga poses accessible to all levels. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, and increase flexibility and range of motion.
