Do you offer price matching?
We do not price match at this time.
What is your return policy?
Items that qualify for return must have been purchased within the last 30 days, be accompanied by the original receipt and/or purchase verified in our software system, Rock Gym Pro. Any items that qualify for a return must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. The above return policy applies only to climbing shoes and clothing items that Freestone sells.
There are NO returns on any technical climbing equipment. This includes harnesses, hardware, ropes, helmets, belay devices, quick draws, crash pads, and/or any type of life-dependent climbing equipment. This is for the safety of the customer.
Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased outside of Freestone.
Do members get a discount?
Yes! Members receive 15% off their purchases in our gear shop, some exclusions apply.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
