*Autopay memberships are an open-ended, auto-renewing membership. Your bank account or debit/credit card will be charged each month for the membership. $10/month additional fee for the use of a credit or debit card. $10 late fee applied to all declined transactions. Membership Agreement Form required (must be signed by parent/guardian if under 18). 30 day notice required for cancellation/freezing. Unless otherwise noted, the initiation fee applies to all new autopay members or members whose account has been expired for over 30 days.

**Student is defined as under 18 or a full time college/university student. College students must be taking 12 credits (or 6 graduate credits) & show current student ID and class schedule. Military personnel must show current ID.

***To qualify as a family, all members must live at the same address and share the same billing information. Maximum of 2 adults allowed per Family Membership, all additional members must be minors (under 18).
