Need to freeze, unfreeze, cancel, or make changes to your membership? Fill out the form below to get the process started.

Freeze Membership: Freeze your membership for $10/month per person, then thaw it when you’re ready to climb again. This way you won’t have to pay an activation fee when you get back. One month minimum.

Cancel Membership: We hate to see you go, but we understand life happens. Remember, freezing a membership prevents you from paying the activation fee again! If you’re only gone for a couple of months, it’s better to freeze than cancel.

All memberhip changes take effect 30 days after submission. Member Accounts may be frozen or terminated starting on the next billing cycle. Members have full access to their membership benefits during this time.

IMPORTANT! Membership Pricing Update

Effective 8/22/2025, we’ve updated our membership pricing.

Current members will keep their existing rate. However, any changes to your membership (adding/removing a member, updating payment info, or switching plans) will move you to the new rate. Freezing or unfreezing your account won’t affect your current pricing. You can view our new pricing structure under the “Memberships” tab.
