Intro To Bouldering (For Adults!)

This intro class series is a fun, supportive way to build confidence and skills on the wall. Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to warm up properly, move more efficiently, and use your whole body, not just your arms, while climbing. Classes mix guided instruction with plenty of time to climb, practice, and work on personal projects alongside other adults. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to feel more relaxed and intentional while bouldering
