Have a dream climbing route you’d like to send or simply looking to advance your climbing? Our trainers are here to help. Join our 8-week Strength Training Series built to help you reach your climbing goals. You’ll learn the key principles of strength training for climbers, with exercises focused on developing finger and upper body power to tackle tough boulders and roped climbs. This is a technical program, so participants should have at least one year of climbing experience to ensure safe and effective training.
